Still in the Living—An Osteopathic Retreat

This course was inspired by the writings of Dr. A.T. Still as illuminated in the book Doctor A. T. Still in the Living, compiled by Robert E. Truhlar, DO. As Dr. Truhlar wrote in his inscription, “Osteopathy is divine geometry, physics, and chemistry.” Our investigations will include the historical context integrated with modern knowledge of anatomy and physiology all while honing our perceptual skills. In other words, we will be exploring “Still in the Living.”
Similar to Dr. Still’s walks in the forest, we will also delve into Nature and learn about her Truths by incorporating a hands-on and immersive experience with the elements. What an amazing way to expand on and elucidate the natural healing forces within!
