Course Description

In this course we will explore various fluids and fluid fields in the body — the synovial fluids, the interstitial fluids, the CSF, and plasma — alongside the embryology and anatomy of these primordial waters.

As William Garner Sutherland, DO wrote: "The goal of an osteopathic treatment is to affect a more efficient interchange between all the fluids of the body across all of their interfaces." We will consider how to support fluid movement and signaling for a more pure expression of health — and from a multidimensional perspective, how this includes greater clarity of a person's voice, both literal and metaphorical.

Our intention is that the setting of Ojo Caliente and the geothermal hot springs will help to deepen our learning as we attune to the earth’s energy.
